This month marks a significant transition for me personally and professionally. Effective May 30th, I’ll be stepping into the role of Interim Head of School at Delmarva Christian School while continuing to support the advancement and capital campaign efforts already underway. It’s a responsibility I don’t take lightly. This next chapter is about helping provide stability, clarity, and leadership during an important season for the school community. With more than $35M raised in less than four years, construction is full steam ahead. But at the end of the day, these buildings are really about the students, families, faculty, and staff who will fill them for generations to come. Over the next year, I’m excited to partner with the DCS board, leadership team, and Jesus Himself to help guide excellent Christian education toward a remarkably bright future. At the same time, Savini Solutions continues to grow as we partner with businesses, churches, schools, and nonprofits in the areas of leadership development, fundraising strategy, and creative services. While this is certainly a full season, I’m incredibly blessed by the team surrounding me both at DCS and Savini Solutions. Most importantly, the scale of these responsibilities is far too much for me to handle in my own strength. But with God, all things are possible. As Matthew 19:26 reminds us: “With man this is impossible, but with God all things are possible.”
