Colossians 3:23–24 reminds us: “Whatever you do, work at it with all your heart, as working for the Lord, not for human masters… It is the Lord Christ you are serving.”

Excellence isn’t optional for Kingdom work—it’s the standard. Playing small doesn’t honor God. When we work as unto Him, the result should reflect excellence. That doesn’t mean perfection—it means effort, intention, and impact that point people toward Christ.
