Delmarva Christian School is a private Christian school committed to academic excellence and spiritual formation. In 2021, the school launched its most ambitious project to date—a $30 million capital campaign called Stronger Together, aimed at unifying its campuses and building a state-of-the-art educational facility.
The Challenge
The school was operating across two campuses with growing enrollment, aging infrastructure, and limited room for expansion. The leadership team believed God was calling them to bring their community together on one site, but the scale of the project required a bold, strategic approach to fundraising, vision-casting, and stakeholder engagement.
Our Role
Justin Savini, Founder & CEO of Savini Solutions, has served as the full-time Director of Advancement for Delmarva Christian throughout this project. He has led the fundraising campaign from day one—developing the case for support, cultivating major donors, and helping secure over $28.5 million to date. In addition to campaign leadership, Justin is also serving as Project Coordinator, working closely with the architect, construction manager, and engineering team to ensure that the project is executed with excellence and faithful stewardship of every donated dollar.

The Stronger Together campaign is on pace to reach its $30 million goal by the completion of construction. The school is poised to begin a new chapter of impact, growth, and educational excellence—all made possible through the prayerful generosity of supporters and strategic campaign execution.
