KOP Church of Christ
Feasibility Study | Strategic Planning | Campaign Readiness Assessment
King of Prussia Church of Christ (KoP) is a multigenerational congregation with a deep commitment to biblical teaching and community outreach. As they discerned the possibility of a $1.5 million capital campaign, church leadership sought clarity on readiness, congregational support, and organizational alignment.
The Challenge
KoP needed to determine whether launching a capital campaign was both realistic and timely—given questions around ministerial leadership, congregational alignment, and long-term facility needs. Leadership wanted to understand how much they could feasibly raise, what their top priorities should be, and what structural changes might be necessary for future growth.
Our Strategy
We conducted a comprehensive feasibility study, including 60+ one-on-one interviews and a full congregational survey. We assessed leadership readiness, financial capacity, mission clarity, facility needs, and organizational health. The resulting report provided a roadmap for growth, complete with giving projections, recommendations, and key considerations for moving forward with confidence.

The Results
The church gained clarity on its most pressing needs—most notably the urgency of hiring a full-time Senior Minister—and discovered its true giving capacity for a phased capital project. KoP now has a detailed, prioritized plan rooted in congregational input and leadership consensus, positioning them for long-term impact and healthier operations.
“It wasn’t just about the building—it was about building wisely.”
